I am using the 5 stars rating and would like to give my guests a change to rate my pics is this possibel??

I presume that would be possible, but then you wouldn't be able to control people submitting multiple votes and the likes. Multiple votes by the same person will end up screwing up the results.
If you still want to give it a shot, it should be a matter of removing the iMEMBER if statements and putting userid to 0 (zero) if its a guest.
