Its the same as the URL rewriting from the webmaster's bureau (http://www.web-bureau.com/) ... and then just modified so that it can work for pretty much anything on the site (pictures, news, articles, downloads, weblinks, forum, etc.)
You'll need to have the ability to have a .htaccess file on your server and then just apply the mod, if you want my .htaccess file then i'll put it on, but like i said its just the mod modified a bit further, lol.

I have seen at that page web-bureau. but it seems in the seoname.php; they added news pages not all the pages like Articles and photo .etc...
Can you please send me like the one yours and the online users
