Well things so far have unravelled and not followed through as according to plan ... first, my trip to Toronto with a friend doesn't end up happening, and secondly my gift to my beautiful friend Sarah doesn't come in time and thus I end up using plan B. Plan B isn't bad by any means, and now that I think back I actually like plan B better than plan A!!! lol
Plan B was to get her two webcams, since she's moving almost 1000kms away I thought it would be useful for her and her parents to keep in touch with a pseudo-'face-to-face' conversations, and since I already have a webcam, it'd work the same with me, hehe. Don't go asking for plan A, cause it goes back in the think tank for a future occasion (it wasn't executed, so its not a recycling of ideas! Just keeping it fresh for the next time)!!!
Things with Mad Science have been good, am currently doing two regular 'classes', one in Longeuil and the other a daycare in Brossard (I think, its in Brossard). I actually never thought I'd enjoy this as much, I had initially applied to the job thinking it was gonna be quite different, but I'm glad I stuck around for the interview even after I was told what the job was really like, hehe. My other substitutions at MCQ haven't been happening, I can't recall if I told them I was back from Edmonton yet or not ... hmmm, I should call them sometimes soon.
Its gonna be quite different around here, Typhenn's gone, now so is Sarah .... life's moving forward, its sad (the friend's moving away part) ... but I'm just glad they've gotten opportunities to do what they love most, they've got pretty much their dream jobs! Way to go guys!
Well that's it for now, can't wait till the new Prison Break episode, and the Black Donnelly's. Its strange, I didn't think I'd get attached to a show more than CSI, but lately I couldn't care about CSI, more interested with Prison Break, or Criminal Minds, and Stargate (SG1 and Atlantis) and even Scrubs has made it back on my radar (ever since it left CTV, it sorta fell off, oops.) However, a good comedy I've enjoyed recently is "Little Mosque on the Prairie". Its a nice insight into the daily events of a small town in the prairies, with a growing Muslim community, and all the interactions between the towns people and as they come across, understand, and live life side by side. I like it.
Oh btw, I've added a new section in my downloads section. Its gonna become an ever increasing catalog of user manuals for various residential/commercial alarm systems out there. It has bothered me that so many cannot find the user manuals for their alarm systems online, so I figured I would add another database (cluster) of user manuals from everywhere that I could find for easy searching by the general population! You can also use this to find out the features of various panels before you put down money for it, make an educated decision! Enjoy!
