Trip to Edmonton - Day 1
Adnan's NewsThe flight here started with a huge traffic jam, and weather problems, causing the usual 15mins ride to the airport to last about 90mins, good thing I had left 2 hours before my flight, so I was able to slip in right before they closed.  There was a slight problem regarding my luggage, they were wondering if there was enough time to load my bags before the scheduled takeoff time.  Good thing for me, due to the weather all the flights were delayed, so we sat there for like an hour or so then had the de-iceing of the wings, and then takeoff towards Ottawa (for a quick re-fueling).

There was quite a lot of turbulence during the Ottawa trip, it sorta lulls you to sleep the constant rocking in your chair, lol.  I remember being scared out of my sleep when we touched down, since I was still sleeping when we 'hit' the tarmac ... so it was a split second scare!  The plane filled up with people in Ottawa too, but we were on our way an hour late from schedule.

Turns out, my luggage did make it on the plane, it came out in Edmonton (albeit last, which had me worried for a while) ... today I plan to tour Edmonton.  I wanna see the West Edmonton Mall (I know, I know ... shopping mall and guys don't go together ... but its just so much more than a mall!)

Anywho, that's it for today ... I'll try to post again soon!
